Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: 

  • The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: free (for orders >€150)
  • Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden: €15 
  • Rest of Europe (including UK, Norway, Switzerland): €30
  • Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong: €69
  • Australia & New Zealand: €95 
  • Rest of the World (excluding US & Canada): €95

Keep in mind that since the Kvisp seat comes in a fairly heavy package of around 5kg, shipping costs are higher than your typical e-commerce package. 

Packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping costs. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.

At this time, we do not ship to the United States and Canada, but we’re currently looking for distributors to enable offering the best experience to our US and Canada customers. Check again for any new updates. 

We ship our seats and accessories from the Netherlands.

We prepare your orders for shipment within 2-3 business days, and we take a breather on weekends and holidays. We’re only hooman. 

Domestic (NL) orders usually take 1-3 business days.

Orders within Europe typically take 5-7 business days.

International orders to the Rest of the World take 10-15 business days.

We ship our orders with PostNL. PostNL will normally utilize your local postal service, but for some countries they may hand off the package to another courier. Please refer to PostNL's tracking website to see who will be handling the final delivery of your package.

Sometimes, our shipping partners might experience delays that are out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations. They’re also hoomans.

Once your order is successfully processed and ready for shipment, you'll find a confirmation email, including tracking information in your inbox. If you can't find it, it might have slipped into your spam folder. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you need another confirmation.

Your package may be delivered to a pick-up point, building doorman, or even a neighbour who accepted the package in your absence. Please check-in with those individuals first. If you do not have your package 24 hours after the delivery has occurred, please contact us so we can assist you: info@kvisp.com

Returns & Exchanges

Only seats bought on www.kvisp.com are eligible for returns.

We're sure you'll love your new Kvisp seat as soon as you open the box, but if you change your mind it's easy to return it within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

When returning your bike seat it should be in the original packaging, in perfect condition, and must not have been assembled or used.

If you have assembled or used the bike seat we will need to charge a 'loss of value' fee of €50 because we will no longer be able to sell the bike seat as new. 

In exceptional circumstances where there are heavy signs of use, missing or damaged parts we’ll not be able to offer a refund. 

Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable.

Submit your refund request here: 

  • Send us a photo of your seat and/or accessories showing the condition of the product and any signs of use or damage.  
  • We’ll evaluate your request and assess if we can accept your request and if any “loss of value” fee is applicable.
  • After your refund request has been approved you can send us the product back. Return shipping costs are covered by you.
  • Once we receive the product, we'll inspect it and refund the total amount (and where relevant minus loss of value fee) within 14 days.

Up to 14 days after the product is received in our warehouse.

Products purchased from the online store will not be exchanged for another product. If you want to change the product, please place a new order, and return the product you have already received from us. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. 

2-YEAR WARRANTY: All mechanical components against manufacturer defects only.

WARRANTY CLAIMS: To obtain warranty service, you must have your original sales receipt. Items returned without a sales receipt will assume that the warranty begins on the date of manufacture. All warranties will be void if the product is damaged due to user crash, abuse, system modification, or used in any way not intended as described in this operating manual.
